This starts with basic valuation methods and what buyers are looking for in a business, continues through proper construction of offers that work and negotiating and financing the transaction, to due diligence guidance and effective closing practices. In addition, Brokers receive continued training through regular regional and national seminars, and are updated regularly on industry trends. There is never an end to our learning process.
